Rolstad Landscaping knew they were significantly overpaying for their current payroll services. In addition to this, they had to talk with a different point of contact each time they called their provider.

They asked their provider to reduce their price and retroactively reduce their cost several months. The provider agreed to reduce the price but did not agree to apply the reduction to previous invoices. So, Rolstad began to look for a new provider that would provide the value they desired.
