Sorry for the interruption!!! We wanted to introduce you to our NEW Employee Experience (Formerly ESS). We all like surprises, but we wanted to make sure you are aware of the exciting upgrades we have done to our system. The login does look a bit different, and the dashboard has been updated as well. There are also more features available for you to manage your account.
What is different?
The login page sure looks a little different. No worries!!! We have converted your account to the new system. If you are asked to setup a new username/password, that just means the old one didn't pass our security test. Safety first!!
If you are asked to setup a new account, you will need your company's Anchor Payroll Client ID and your Employee ID. You can get this information from an old pay stub or by contacting your company's payroll manager. If you don't have the time right now to setup a new account its no problem, you can continue to log in to our old ESS site by clicking on Legacy ESS.
What does it look like?
Here is a glimpse of our new landing page for your account. Big improvement, huge!
What can I get from the Employee Experience Portal?
You will be able to access your pay stubs and W2s from the beginning of time (not really, just from your first check to the most recent). That's not all!!! You can update your W4 as well as other information, view your PTO balance and access other employment documentation. The level of access will depend on how your employer is using the system. Please check with them first before making any changes to your profile.
